About This Project

In May of 2024, we took on a project located in the Lake Forest subdivision of Buford, GA. This particular project was unique in the way that the property had a terrace level garage entrance. Our client had envisioned this space to be functional and secure, which is exactly the approach that we took while working on this project.

Features of This Property

The uniquiness of the terrace level garage allowed us to design and create a functional entrance point from the bottom of a neighboring street. A concrete driveway was poured, creating a functional path from the street up to the garage, allowing vehicles to enter and exit the back of the property. A board on board style fence was also added to the property, allowing for maximum security and privacy of the space.

The Before & The After

Before we began construction on this project, the back of the property was not accesible by vehicle without tearing up the landscaping and the risk of a vehicle getting stuck during heavy rains when the ground was soft. Land Wise Management improved the functionality, privacy, and security of this space by grading the entire backyard portion of the property, pouring a concrete drivway, and installing a fence. Now this homeowner can properly utilize their backyard space, ensuring any vehicles are kept secure from the street.
