About This Project

This project, located in Lumpkin County, GA, was a land development project of ours that began in December of 2024. Our client had a plot of land that was primarly made up of a soft grassy area and brush. Land Wise Management was hired to develop this land into a usable space that would be suitable for the construciton of a residnetial dwelling.

Features of This Property

This property has several notable features, thanks to the design of our plan and the execution from our team. We cleared several hundred square feet of trees, tall brush, and otherwise wooded area. A culvert was installed with a gravel footing and corrugated piping to minimize erosion and maximize drainage control. A gravel driveway was laid, making this space accesable to construction vehicles and heavy equipment. Laslty, the remaining areas were graded and cleared, im preperation for a residential construction site.

The Before & The After

Before this project was completed by the Land Wise Management team, this space remained an undeveloped plot of land, unsuitable for any further development or construction needs. With no graded property access, tall brush, and improper drainage, this property was meerly a piece of land. After our scope of work was completed, this property is now accessible to construction vehicles and equipment, allowing this client the ability to begin the tranformation of their land into their dream home.
